Product warranty: All items have 1 year limited warranty beginning from the date of purchase at an event or as indicated on the invoice or receipt, under the conditions of correct use, and the use of appropriate re-packaging and delivery service choice when transported to a third party.
Warranty becomes void when the cost of transportation to a third party used is under AU$1.30 inclusive.
Warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of products resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, incorrect maintenance by user, wear & tear on the product appearance, or failure caused by a product for which Boo Ker Chee Pty Ltd is not responsible.
Warranty becomes void if equipment is modified, incorrectly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the user.
Quality assurance: Visual inspections as well as testings are conducted on each and every product item for its appearance and functions. The inspections and testings are re-conducted domestically at our workshop in Australia prior to order despatch.
While all means are taken to assure you receive high quality working products, in the unlikely situation where non-working items are received, please refer to the following procedures:
1. Returns of faulty products purchased from resellers: Please contact resellers for return arrangements.
2. Returns of faulty products purchased online: Only deffective items, when first received, can be returned when a return request is made and granted by email. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt.
3. Returns freight cost for online purchases: Our service covers the cost of return delivery when defective goods are identified at receipt with returns request filed within 3 days of receipt.
